It is quite a long time since the first Pokémon Live Action Movie was released in 2019. Pokémon Movie Detective Pikachu’s Sequel has been confirmed to release soon. 

In 2019 the first Pokémon live-action film was released in theaters with a great hit. Before the release of Pokémon Detective Pikachu, the sequel has been announced. And finally, in 2023 it has been confirmed for the sequel to be released.

According to the intel we got an expected date of release for the sequel. The Detective Pikachu 2 Movie is expected to release in July 2024 in the USA and in Japan.

After the massive hit of the Pokémon Detective Pikachu Movie, fans are very excited about the release of the sequel. Pokémon Detective Pikachu 2 is expected to be released in July 2024. 

Pokémon Detective Pikachu was the blockbuster movie in the history of Pokémon. With the two best Actors, Directors, Writers, and Animators this movie gained a lot of popularity among Pokémon fans as well as creating new Pokémon fans.

According to the Polygon report, it is clear that in this movie two new directors Portlandia and Baskets are gonna take the place of Rob Letterman, and Chris Galletta the original director. While Chris Galletta is taking the script duties. It is still unconfirmed whether Ryan Reynolds would return to voice Pikachu or not.
